This fall I will be offering sessions through out Bergen County and have a few of my favorite go to spots for you to choose from. I decided to make a post featuring images from each location during the late summer/ early fall to give you a better idea of the look and feel of each session. There are many different great options in Bergen County. I wanted to do this post to show everyone the different aspects of each location to better help my clients choose the perfect location for them. I always like to stress that location isn’t the most important thing however I know it plays a big part. Other key players for a great photo session include: interaction between subjects, time of day/ available light, wardrobe selection, and most importantly your choice of photographer. I will do more posts on these at a later date!

Onto the locations!

Van Saun Park Paramus NJ

I love this location because of all the hidden spots and beautiful light. It is a very diverse location and changes with the seasons as well.

Davis Johnson Gardens Tenafly NJ

This location is a hidden oasis in Bergen County. It offers some architectural elements as well as a beautiful forest. Again it changes so much with every season but these images were taken in late summer but this location is great in all seasons.

New Bridge Landing River Edge NJ

This is a great location that offers both nature along with beautiful vintage buildings. This is the perfect location if you need it have your session at a less than ideal time of day.

Oradell Train Station Oradell NJ

Oradell Train Station is another great place if you’re limited by the time of day. Beautiful vintage colors are a main feature of this old train station. If you want your photos taken earlier in the season this is the perfect spot to do it! You can dress your family in seasonal colors if you’re looking for a more fall vibe or you can stick with some beautiful neutral colors as the location is pretty colorful itself.
